can't run apps

Hello
I buy SFT Dongle, but can't install app.
When i run SFT Dongle Installer v1.0.14 istall crashes after launch
With SFT Dongle v1.0.12 the same way
VIDEO YOUTUBE



I can install InstallerSFTDongle v10.11
But at startup the program asks me to activate the software
I enter the name and email
Then the program thinks and nothing happens

i have same problem with v1.0.14 installer. Can u tell me how u can fix this issue?
