Hi, can you explain why your phone got stuck in that logo?
the thing is that i have the same problem, but i don´t know if the cause is different from yours, i bricked my cellphone on SP flashtools when i accidentally put "format all + ....."
and if i try to flash again it got stuck on "Da downloading 100%" and disconects with error.
pls help me.

the phone connects to the pc with buttons game, but can´t put on recovery or something else than the "realme" logo and the text down.
i don´t know if i f*ck*d the logic, the oficial service say that costs the same or more than the phone itself.
