CPH1945 format done but the handet is restarting on recovery mode

Disconnect Mobile...
re-input Mobile Battery...
then connect usb to computer....
Make Sure your Mobie have power...

the recovery option is not coming with format in version 3.75 so i have try with version 3.73 the option has come now the handset is ok so pls clear the bugs of version 3.75
