It’s been a few weeks since Apple started blocking or restricting Apple ID creation in several countries — especially Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Afghanistan, and maybe more.
Many users are now facing issues like:
- No OTP received during Apple ID creation
- OTP received but gives error when entered
- Apple ID setup completes, but fails at the "Agree to Terms" screen
After testing a lot, I finally found a 100% working method to bypass these errors and create a fully working, verified Apple ID — even while staying in one of the restricted countries or using a blocked network.
Just follow these steps carefully:
1. Use an iPhone with iOS 18 or higher (must be eligible for new ID creation)
2. Erase all content & settings (you should be on the "Hello" screen)
3. Choose country: Canada, and connect to WiFi
4. Set any passcode (e.g., 0000 or your choice)
5. On setup screen, tap "Create New Apple ID"
6. Enter first name, last name, and DOB (must be 18+)
7. Get a free iCloud email and set your password
8. On phone number screen, select Canada and use any Canadian number like:
Example: 6472552XXX (change last 3 digits every time)
9. When it asks for OTP, tap "More Options" > "Verify Later"
10. Continue setup and reach the home screen
11. Go to Settings > Your Apple ID > Verify Phone Number
12. Enter your original country and real number – you’ll now receive OTP without error
13. Once verified, go to:
Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Edit Phone Numbers
Remove the fake Canadian number
14. Open App Store > Tap Apple ID icon > View Account > Country/Region
Change the region to your original country and enter valid address details (use random if needed)
Done! You’ve successfully created a 100% working Apple ID on your own number, even in a restricted region.
