credits deducted phone not unlocked

log was not created, program showed server error, didnt end the proccess but deducted credits
myabe you can check my username and see that i got 4 credits deducted last night march 01 2022
device was zte z5156cc
so i purchased more credits, now the process finished bur imei unknown , is there something to fix it ?
this is the backup folder, first one for this phone was created last night when it didnt finish
