When I try to register an account on the SFT Dongle or SFT Utility, I get the following errors.

you have to install Visual C ++ libraries for Visual Studio
Download Visual C++ Redistributable para Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center
once they are installed, restart your computer and remember to start all the software as administrator
