Chimera dongle not connecting or lighting up when connect

hi my name is shafin patel, i bought the chimera dongle with authenticator cart 2 days a go, i even have bought the pro license. it was working fine for 1 day but than when i switched my pc on today the dongle is not connecting/lightingup. the tool is working fine but the dongle doese not connect plz can you help?
