UFi Download file on Support [102] Error-1

[102] Error-1, always error downloading files on support, please provide a solution so that this problem can be resolved properly and can work smoothly.
I don't use any other downloaded apps and never use IDM or other, my version UFS panel is news (v1.6.0.2334), only download file support the ones available in the UFI Box app and using Windows 10 64 bit. Please how to fixed this...

I have the same problem, I bought ufibox, it cost more than half of my salary in portugal. never worked, it's a shame to have trusted UfiBox

Maybe ufi server is on maintenance so it is not downloading.Right now this problem is with everyone.Hope it will be solved soon.
