Yes im dt costumer i need info how to repair because costumer dont give much time when they give mobile thats why we should know proper procedure its our right

the tool is excellent the bad is the whatsapp support does not know how to talk to customers is very rude we demand a change of support there are many like me that this man Julio Torralvo has treated us in a very grotesque way please Mr. Manager do something about it

  • We understand that he gave you the license you are currently using! and that you write to ask questions that have nothing to do with DTpro.
  • He has sent us a screenshot where he says please stop writing to him for personal issues, today you write him writing that if he wants XXXX File, and he has answered NO !!
  • Please Chat support is for questions about DTpro.
  • we also have reports that you have gotten help from support! and managed to realize asus, huawei, Lg Thanks to your help
but I see that many people are NOT aware of what chat via WhatsApp is about.

already having several complaints of this type !! we will switch to product support in the next few hours.
-I hope you are comfortable with the new PS.
