Try solve problem as follow way:
  1. Confirm phone models via "Lookup model (Fastboot)" from Tools tabs
  2. Select correct model and then try it again please

I'm also getting the authentication error with a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T Willow.

I bought bst dongle few month ago. My distributor dont say that it is ended soft... but i try to go to EMT
but i do not know how... i write to EME team emails and by facebook no answer how i can do that. PLEASE HELP!
