Error Flashing Redmi Note 8 Pro

Hi

I have problem flashing Redmi Note 8 Pro and dont know whats the problem causing this error
can anyone help me unbrick this device??
its a dead phone right now

hmm. autentification work. its happen when preloader start writing. first try with another firmware. if it doesnt work try another pc. if it doesnt work then its ufs chip problem. need to replace board
