bro sorry to ask that can u tell me how to connect isp and it read with u correctly did u soldered with out put usb cable? or if u have video with how to connect this device with isp i will thankfully u so much

Hello,
Newest oppo mediatek device have disable switch BROM features in their preloader in their firmware.
Thats why you can't do Identify or flashing via flashtool or ufi, because device connect in boot mode.
If you can switch to BROM Mode known as MTK USB Port in Dev Man, then you can easy flash this device via USB.
So, in your case above, while you still in ISP, first erase boot 1(preloader location).
Now device will stuck at BROM Mode, because missing pleloader in first step above.
In this mode, you can flash device using Flashtool or UFI Android ToolBox.
Flash the same firmware version, uncheck preloader at first attempt of flashing.
After you got success, flash preloader in last step.
This will save your time rather than write it via factory image in ISP.
