When I bought the box it worked with me well
Suddenly this message appeared to me

Don't make long jumper ensure you do good soldering
Try to attach usb in the phone port

Are this error happen only in ISP?
How about using emmc adapter, are you experience the same error?

Always vcc&vccq set auto mode. remove vcc&vccq jumper and use usb charger ..
2nd time post with full details with model& proccess for better help.

Always vcc&vccq set auto mode. remove vcc&vccq jumper and use usb charger ..

cheak jumper properly. and alwayes use small wire for jumper..

no jumper i used emmc adapter
The problem in both cases
isp or emmc adapter

I think in start you give voltage (vcc, vccq) from USB connection as well as from isp so at that time your box get internal shortin and now box damaged from internal circuit this is your mistake sir
note : always follow proper instructions and use all tools in proper way don't do any kind of operation which can damage your tool or your phones devices
