The Firmware That I Have Loaded In Sp Flash Tool Is 100% Correct For My Device , :-
LAVA_iris_810_TH_S103 .
I Dont Use Any Professional Tool Yet , Before Flashing The Device , It Was Just Giving Vibrates And Wont Power ON
. I Need A Huge Better Solution For This Model 
. It Just Detect On Pc But Same Problem Shown Like I Posted ... So I Request To Please Help Me to Solve This Prolem Soon !!!
