Dear User,

Please send us a picture of the lock on the device, so we can check if it's really an MDM lock.
In a lot of cases people mistake KG lock for MDM.

Dear User,

You should use the KNOXGUARD PATCH procedure, not Knoxguard Remove procedure.
If you insist on using the older method, you should select "Checking", unlock the Bootloader, and flash the device with a KG patched firmware from your own source.
But the new PATCH procedure does all this automatically, so I would suggest you to use that.
