Having issue with UFI Box Support Team???

Hello Team ,
This is my 2nd thread almost im facing problem regarding my UFI box its new exe not working with internet connection only when i disable my internet connection then it working,also kindly check this out and help to solve this problem

Picture for refrence that exe when i turn on internet connection that exe after 1 minute disappear without internet connection it keep running on i downloaded setup from ufi support then update it with ufi updater

Unfortunately the solution for this issue is only replace with new smartcard.
If your UFI Box is still under warranty, please return to your reseller for free replacement.
FYI, UFi Box, UFI-Lite and the eMMC Socket were covered by 6-months limited warranty.
