This post will help you to identify UFS details from device, without disassemble or without root.
Enter *#*#284#*#* in the dialer or search bar. Wait for 2-3 min.
When the "Bug report ready" notification appears, open the file manager.
Go to the MIUI/debug_log folder in the Internal Storage and open the zip file containing bug report.
Scroll to the bottom and open the second zip file named bugreport.
After opening the Second zip, open the file named "dumpstate_board.txt".
In that file, Search for UFS Spec.
It will show the UFS details.
