I'm currently working on a vision inspection device and have chosen a hollow rotary actuator(https://www.oyostepper.com/category-198-b0-Hollow-Rotary-Actuator.html) for wiring. However, I'm finding the air path even more difficult to manage than the wiring itself.
The hollow hole diameter is 20mm. The air tube with a connector can barely fit through, but after a few rotations, the tube starts to tangle. I tried adding a miniature rotary connector, but the smallest one I found had an outer diameter of 25mm, which is impossible to insert into the hollow hole.
Is there a rotary connector that can fit into the hollow hole? Or are there any other air path solutions? I can't leave the air path outside and rotating with it; it's too messy.
