Help HP elite x3 bootloop and Missing HW_ID : 009470E1004C0000 Firehose Programmer

Does anyone have the Firehose Programmer for the following Qualcomm device? It’s a HP elite x3 that is stucking on bootloop and that only can get connected under EDL mode.
I’ll be so thankful for any idea and help.
