We would also like to make a humble request regarding the dongle sharing policy. Kindly consider making the policy a little more flexible. Users who are genuinely involved in illegal dongle sharing should certainly be blocked, but many technicians use software such as UltraViewer or TeamViewer only for online FRP support and customer assistance.

Sometimes, even when these remote access programs are used for legitimate work, opening Infinity CM2 during the session triggers sharing-related errors. This creates difficulties for genuine users and technicians who are simply providing online support services.


Therefore, we respectfully request you to review and soften this policy so that both your team and genuine users can avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
