I am facing a technical issue with Galaxy Multi Tool on my Windows 11 (64-bit) PC, and I need help from the community or the official support team.
Problem Summary:
- After installing my TB-03 Thermal Camera software, the network adapter settings (IP/DNS) on my PC got changed automatically.
- Ever since this change, Galaxy Multi Tool fails to launch and keeps throwing login/crash errors: "DNS configuration changes are required for successful logins."
- I have already tried uninstalling the thermal camera setup, resetting network adapters, and changing DNS to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4), but the issue persists. The tool only opens if I repeatedly uninstall and reinstall it.
My Request:
- Kindly unban/unblock my Telegram handle if possible.
- Please guide me on how to permanently fix this network/DNS conflict on Windows 11 so the tool launches smoothly.
