Please, please help.

Just to change windows operating system it can make your computer to remember ID. If it not work just go to chimera support they can help you quickly.

Dear User,

This happened because in the past your computer has participated in renting another account.

Renting/sharing is a violation of the end user licence agreement, and as soon as we discover an account to be rented out, we have to block the account and all computers that participated in the renting.

After reviewing your case, we have found that your computer is consistently using your own account now, and for this reason we have decided to unlock it.
