Ok, managed to make spc 000000
I did Direct unlock LG UICC, 3 credites were removed from my account
I followed the instructions : without reset, I enabled wifi and then went to settings -> system updates and then UICC Unlock but I always receive this error

Authentication error. Please try again later.

Without any ideas, I updated the phone`s firmware to the latest and I tried again.... same thing.
