But there is a guide to try...

STEPS
1-ENTER SPRINT SIM
2-REBOOT PHONE
3-OPEN IN TO THE DIALER VIA THE BROWSER
4-ENTER CODE RTN ##786# AFTER ENTER 000000 AND OK
5-WAIT THE PHONE WILL FACTORY RESET AND THEN IT WILL BE READY

REMOVE FRP Done.

The above guide not works in all motorola devices.
it's just a try.

Convert flashfile.xml to flashfile.bat file. Then place the bat file inside firmware folder.
Then double-click the flashfile.bat to start flash.
Install necessary drivers & put your device in fastboot mode.

Softwar fix will flash what it downloaded for your device & the latest firmware. If u need to flash your own file in fastboot mode, convert flashfile.xml to bat file. Then flash it.
conversion tool attached.

ok got it now only official flash files alowed on locked bootloader
