Buen día hermanos yo no puedo avanzar con este mobil OPPO R11S para unlock me sale esté mensaje reading mobile hardware info...fail disconnect mobile,and re-into 9008 port and try again!!!

plz give only update file .exe file
not extrateable file and in 2.60 have virus
