Solution:
1. Open CM2SP2
2. Under Platform tab (Select CPU: ITEL and Model: A16 PRO
3. Go to Service Tab ( Select: Default[reset settings+FRP] )
4. Click Format FS

Power Off: Turn off your itel A16+ completely.
The Button Combo: Press and hold the Power Button and the Volume Down button at the same time.
The Logo: When you see the "itel" logo appear, release the Power Button but keep holding Volume Down until you see the Android Recovery screen (it might look like a lying-down robot or a list of text).
Navigate: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to scroll through the menu. Select "Wipe data/factory reset."
Confirm: Press the Power Button to select it. Then scroll to "Yes" or "Factory data reset" and press Power again to confirm.
Reboot: Once it finishes, select "Reboot system now."

Hello,
To unlock your itel A16+ and remove the forgotten PIN, you can try these two methods:
Hard Reset (Recovery Mode):
Power off your phone.
Press and hold Volume Down + Power Button simultaneously.
When the itel logo appears, release the Power button but keep holding Volume Down.
In Recovery Mode, select 'Wipe data/factory reset' using Volume buttons and confirm with Power.
Note: This will erase all your data.
Using PC Tool (Professional Way):
If you are a technician, you can use Unlock Tool, CM2 (SPD), or even free SPD Flash Tool.
You need to boot the device in SPD Diag mode or use the correct Boot Key to format the UserData partition.
