UFi No UFI UFS-PROG Device Detected !

Hello! I encountered a problem. My computer does not see UFI UFS-PROG.
I bought it new, as soon as I opened it I connected it to the PC and nothing happened. How can I fix the problem?
The red indicator next to the RESET button is on

Whenever you are going to buy a product, investigate if it has support. Nowadays, many people have complained a lot about ufi box ufs

it waste my 7 hours
then it detect the ufs chip then gets hanged
