Help Nokia Lumia 920 RM-821 EDL Test points needed

Does anyone know where the EDL test points are located on the Lumia 920?

I can attach photos of the mainboard if needed.

Note:
I didn't have to remove the shielding, just shorted the R3209 resistor with a very small screwdriver bit.
