Need help unbrick OnePlus Ace 3 (PJE110)

I have the firmware but lost my OCDT.
Phone still works.
I need it fixed to use banking apps and ChatGPT (blocked because of root).

Goal:

Back to ColorOS
Then Global ROM (OxygenOS)
Install Magisk

Anyone can help?
