Solved Oppo a37f Hang on logo and frp done via Nck dongle

1.open Nck qualcomm module
2.click factory reset.
3. insert usb while holding volume up and down
wAIT UNTIL Done.

Frp removal
1. hit reset frp. (generic edl mode)
2 insert usb while holding volume up and down
wait until done..
