Procedure:

-Open Unlocktool
-Select Oppo Tab
-Select Oppo F11 (Auth BROM)
-Hit [BROM] Factory Reset
-Turn Off The Phone
-Hold Volume Up & Volume Down Then Insert USB
-Wait Until Finished
