P30 lite tp cable usb device not recognised

Hi all members and viewers. This is my first time posting, and though i've been here on and off , i've never participated . always for selfish reasons to get information. for that. i am very sorry. in future i will reply and share my knowledge. My problem i have is P30 lite MAR-LX1A . i made a 10k harmony tp cable with different cables. when i plug cable to pc without test point it shows usb device not recognised, which means the cable is working, but when i do test point and plug the tp cable nothing happens. could it be windows 10? Please help

i have. usb 3.0 and 2. both shows without test point . usb device not recognised. with test point nothing, i just teste with battery disconnected. nothing, not even usb device not recognised

What i forgot to say was, and my sincere apologies, is that i loaded dual firmware, and the the phone is single sim, and it went dead. so now it only responds to TP cable as usb not recognised, but with normal cable not been detected

Hi i have checked most comments on youtube, and i see guys with P30 Lite without tp cable nothing. with Tp cable unknown device. it should be unknown device, cause you have to test point then plug the cable. but when i test point with tp cable it still shows unknown device descriptor failed. could it be security issue
