Added support for Doogee devices:

List of supported function for listed Doogee devices (Relock/Unlock Bootloader, Backup/Write/Format RPMB, Erase FRP, Format Flash, Read Info/IMEI/Partitions, Restore From Backup, Unlock Network, Repair, Wipe Data/Partitions, Write Firmware)
