bro i think your software is correct no problem on software
so chek cmd or clk resister value on oms on multimeter

if clk resister oms value 20-100 show then its correct
if clk value 15000 ya no reading wrong read then u cn short clk by jumper wire

and

if cmd resister value chek if cmd value 9k-10k show its correct
if it show not correct value , its only replace other boards its value 9k-10k chek and replace
then set sure on
