bro i tried this (isp pinout) of both deveices but device didnt connect ill try adding pull up resistors tomorrow and ill give you feed back

i added vcc and vccq via usb could that be a reason why device didn't connect ???
most of the devices i do i don't connect vcc and vccq i only add usb cable to device and it connects well probably this might be different ill try adding pins tomorrow also...
