You can try Server Refresh
( Clear Cache )

1. There is button ( gear icon ) on the top right corner in the pragmafix software, click on it and clear cache
2. Close pragmafix
3. Open pragmafix
4. Sync content from the New Server

If the problem still remain, maybe you can try contact support team.
