good morning I have an inconvenience to download files from the support area of dtpro tool every time I try to download a file it does not download anything and there is only a damaged 4kb file who can help me with any solution

please unistall Blockers and Downloads Acelerators.....

Support Area Are Working perfect

I do not know what the blockers I have because I have used the download area of other tools and it works perfectly the error is only with dtpro I hope you can help me
