PROBLEM WITH WSRESETDEVICE SOFTWARE

I already uninstall all software in my pc but still cannot find which software make wsresetdevice appear and i already manual search but cannot find it, can some one told me which software or got software to find wsresetdevice?? thanks

remove file name
