PWM Current Ripple Causes High-Frequency Micro-Vibration

Good morning everyone, I have a question I'd like to ask.

When using a PWM driver to power a magnetic particle brake (Comprar freno de partículas magnéticas online - Oyostepper.es), although there's no audible noise, there's a noticeable micro-vibration when touching the shaft. This directly causes uneven pitch in the fiber optic winding, leading to a surge in scrap rate.

Using an oscilloscope to check the current, the AC ripple component accounts for about 5%. Increasing the PWM frequency reduces the ripple, but the driver transistor gets extremely hot. Adding an external LC filter takes up too much space.

Are you looking for a low-ripple linear drive solution specifically designed for magnetic particle brakes, or a ready-made driver with integrated filtering? Urgent!
