Your device model is RMX3706, WHICH IS CHINESE MODEL.
It was converted to RMX3709, Middle East & Africa region.
Use any professional tool service to remove google account.

It is converted. You can check it's PCB code & imei. And also by its Manifest::Image details. That's why uyou not getting unlock.
You can check with auth flash service & it won't cost u more.
