Hi,

Read the operation manuals carefully before do any operation please.

> Unlock (For android unencrypted devices)
1.Read Screenlocks: Analyzing Screenlocks (Supported Pattern/PIN/Password lock, Unsupported Android 6.0 and above version)
2.Reset Screenlocks: Reset Screenlocks without userdata loss
3.Backup Screenlocks: Backup screenlocks to local
4.Restore Screenlocks: Restore Screenlocks to phone
5.Reset/Backup Screenlocks: Backup and reset screenlocks without userdata loss

> Unlock (For android encrypted and unencrypted devices)
1.Disable Screenlock: Disable screenlock without userdata loss
2.Enable Screenlock: Restore device to locked status
3.Disable Privacy lock: Disable Privacy lock (APP lock) without userdata loss

p/s: use Disable Screenlock for encrypted device please if you need reset screenlock without losing data.

i cant find Disable Screenlock menu sir?,only Screenlock and Reset screenlock .

Is it because I am using a trial version so that the menu does not exist?

does the lock screen disable using credit? at this time I am still in doubt because the results obtained have not been maximized using Emt software. If the results can be as expected maybe I will use the standard version because I need software that can be used in my work in the field of cell phone repair.

Disable Screenlock option for Standard Edition users, not for trial editon (check here: Licences & Recharge of EMT - Standard Edition )

Disable Screenlock option need credits , because some of fuction not avaiable for EMT trial edition users.
