Help removing password

a friend of mine has a blackberry ,
SQN100-1
RFN81UW

she unfortunatly lost/forgoten her password.
she already entered 5 wrong passwords out of 10 (before wipe? )
is there a way to remove / change a forgoten password from this device SQN100-1 RFN81UW ?

or saving data/pictures from it ?


which dongle/box will let me do that ?
