the model is techno bg6
the phone charging port was ok when phone on frp menu then show connectivity but when i try to boot in spd mod the phone not connecting some time phone show spd port as you can see in picture but the phone show this eror. this not only one phone phase this problem techno,infinix,itel,zte...etc..spd phone show this problem
am not only one many people phase this problem.

Your phone is currently connecting in Diag Mode, which is why the process is not proceeding correctly for FRP operations. For proper FRP removal, the device must be connected in BootROM Mode. Only in BootROM mode the tool can properly initialize the device at a low level and perform the required FRP operation successfully.
So, please ensure the device is detected in BootROM mode first, then proceed with the FRP process. Once it is in the correct mode, everything will work normally.

If your devices are not connecting, or even older security patch devices are failing to boot, you should first try installing the latest SPD drivers.

If newer models are not connecting, it’s possible that the BROM (Boot ROM) is blocked. In such cases, you will need to use the test point method to establish a connection.

However, in many of the latest models with updated security patches, even the test point method may not work. The device may only be detected as an SPD port, or you might encounter a “USB Unknown Device” error.
