i have tcl 20 pro 5g (810H) phone stuck on logo then flash with this both files

5E2Y_DPP5.tctbin Android12
Ottawa 3CI1.tctbin Android 11

After flash phone recovery mode is gone and

Your device is currupted mgs show.

also try with

Mobile Upgrade 0.2.0 but got error after 3 seconds,

need help

please anyone have latest file please share...
