Sorry, I recently received my ufi box and I'm worried because I still can't activate it with the same problem as my colleague.

I have the same problem - network error cant activate/update firmware because serwer not response :|
Apparently a box or dongle does not remain down the server for many days, and colleagues I do not want to think that ufi box is already dead, we suspected and I think it was. they don't give answer to any in the group and that means that there is no answer of life in ufi box.
