i have sent email including video of showing ufi error and loosing 6 credits for freading efs files. The app just charged credits and then it failed to backup security partition. it happened twice. i lost 12 credits. I reported problem via ufi tool i also sent email with video showing error. Because of that i lost 12 credits. few days before I also lost 6 credits because ufi just forced close. In total I lost 18 credits. I sent video with proof. However i still have not received any reply from ufi team. i feel very disappointed. can you please reply to my email?
