UFi UFI error installing UFI_v1.5.0.2008_setup error [314]

I can't install UFI_v1.5.0.2008_setup the only one that works is UFI_v1.2.0.390_setup

I have deleted C:\UFI many times many 20 times
I have uninstalled all of the drivers
I have disabled all firewalls and windows 10 security
I am in windows 10
I don't have that flexi app installed
