i did not understand what happen from date of purchase only 1 phone connected and flashed, after that till date i got error 17 also

some people say jumper problem i have changed also check again and again after jumper but problem same
lots of search id did not find any solved thread, no one officially reply that thread to solve
please help me to solve how to fix this problem
need any UFI ISP adapter modification ?
latest UFI V2 also needed ?
