Delete .sxml file on your download path folder, including emmc, android, and ufs folder, the do Reload in SUPPORT tab may fix the problem.

After several problems that occurred on the download support server,
we are officially announcing that now the UFI Download Support Server is Up and Running.
Until now, there are approximately 10TB of files.
Most recently included is the addition of UFS Dump Files.
Please read Support Download Policy to avoid your IP access auto blocked by the server.
If you using Windows 11, to access popup download agent from system tray, you may go to Taskbar Settings -> Other system tray icons -> Change the toggle for UFI to ON
