Ufi team , please release our ufi dongle

Ufi team , release our serial dongle to access server .
expand your slots not blocking our dongles .
30% of dongles user have problem in using mi auth service .
i lost about 80$ (dead note 8 pro) , customers come and go , because of your dongle server blocking access .
I test my friend dongle it is working on my pc , but my dongle not , why ??
is that your agreement for using dongles ? Not .
please free our dongles ..

Did you write the same problem, but with video in Ufixers?

Its look like connection problem, not sure with Internet service provider in your country, but we not blocking IP for authorize service.

Will investigate more about this case, especially with your case, if we find the issue, will fix it asap.

Thanks to God first time i saw someone from support write . Please be little responsive to clients. No product support answer in ufi section. People call " dead support product" thank you

I am sure that problem not related to internet connection , same pc same ip address , internet stable and available .
I connect my dongle give my error as picture , then i disconnect my dongle and connect my friend dongle working fine and flashed 3 devices .
Can you explain , what is difference between my dongles and my friend dongle ?
I know it is related to your server configuration .
Please take care this situation ..
I need auth service constantly .
my dongle serial :0011-8552-5588 .
Please fix that .
